Hope Services has been working diligently together with the Ministry of Children and Family Developement (MCFD) towards transferring active client files to the 4 remaining licensed adoption agencies in British Columbia, with the consent of clients.

If you have not provided Hope Services with a written consent for the transfer of your file to another adoption agency your file will have been transferred to MCFD Adoption Services Unit. Once you decide upon a licensed agency, please have that agency request your file from MCFD.
